गुरु साक्षात परब्रह्म, तस्मै श्री गुरुवे नमः।।

 

Guru Purnima ( Poornima ) is the birthday of Ved Vyasa also known as Vyasa Purnima This is the spiritual tradition in Hindu culture that dedicates itself to the spiritual and academic gurus who developed or enlightened people and are ready to share their knowledge.

      The sign of the greatness of the Guru is his sacrifice.  The greatest sacrifice and service you can see in the life of a Guru.  He regularly imparts authentic and true knowledge to his students even in the most difficult of circumstances, it is a fact that the teacher , guru himself may not have reached any big position, but by giving that training to his thousands of students, he is educated by the administration.  and qualify for other services.

 He tries to give as much knowledge as possible to his disciple by keeping a balance between his experience and the present circumstances.

        No matter what the era, the society has always given a high position to the Guru.  This is how the glory of Guru has been described in the scriptures of Hindu religion.  He has been given a higher status than God.

गुरू गोविन्द दोऊ खड़े, काके लागूं पांय।
बलिहारी गुरू अपने गोविन्द दियो बताय।।

  Sant Kabir Das ji has also said the same thing.  This tradition of our guru respect is alive till today, going on for thousands of years.  Worshiping our revered gurus in the form of Guru Purnima, respecting their honor is the specific purpose of this day.

 In history, we get the mention of many Adi Gurus, Arjun's Guru Drona, Chandragupta's Guru Chanakya, disciples like Eklavya, Guru Nanak Dev, Mahavir Swami, Gautam Buddha, Shankaracharya and Muni Vyas must have been read about. 

गुरू बिन ज्ञान न उपजै, गुरू बिन मिलै न मोष।
गुरू बिन लखै न सत्य को गुरू बिन मिटै न दोष।।

     Even today, Dronacharya honor is given to the coach who gives good training in the sports world.  Everyone is familiar with the name of the great cricketer Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar.  His guru's name was Ramakant Achrekar.  Sachin's talent, who proved to be laggy in the tenth standard, was amazing in cricket, which today the whole world is called the God of cricket.  But it was Achrekar sir who recognized the talent of cricket in that little child.  It was he who made the child Sachin the great Sachin Tendulkar.

 How virtuous and knowledgeable the child will become, it depends on our teachers.  Only a guru can identify the hidden talent in a child.  That is what makes it the right way to live life.  The education and teachers of a civilization play a big role in becoming the best or ending.

આપણી પ્રાચીન સંસ્કૃતિમાં, ગુરુ શિષ્યોના સંબંધ દ્વારા આશ્રમો, મઠો અને ગુરુકુળ પરંપરાઓ બનાવવામાં આવી હતી.  ઘણા ગુરુ શિષ્યોની સાંકળ આ જ પ્રણાલીને કારણે છે.  પરંતુ સમય જતાં, ગુરુ પ્રત્યેનો આદર અને શિષ્યો પ્રત્યેનો સ્નેહ ઓછો થયો, તેથી શિક્ષણનું વ્યવસાયિકરણ થયું.  શિક્ષક-વિદ્યાર્થી સંસ્કૃતિ અસ્તિત્વમાં આવી.  અભ્યાસ પૂર્ણ થયા પછી ગુરુદક્ષિણા અને શિષ્યોને શોધવાનો ગુરુનો અધિકાર, ફરજમાં થોડો ફેરફાર થયો.  ટ્યુશન ફી, વધારાની પ્રવૃત્તિ ફી, લાઇબ્રેરી ફી, મુસાફરી ફી જેવા રંગીન નામો આપીને એડવાન્સ પેમેન્ટની પ્રથા શરૂ કરવામાં આવી હતી.  ભૌતિક-માનસિક ક્ષમતાને બદલે આર્થિક ક્ષમતાના આધારે શિક્ષણનું નિર્માણ શરૂ થયું.  ભણવાનું દબાણ વધ્યું.  મૂલ્યોના પરિમાણો અને સંસ્કારોના સમીકરણો બદલાયા.

વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પાસ થવા માટે શોર્ટકટ લેવાની દોડમાં છે અને શિક્ષકો આવકના ગ્રાફમાં ધીરે ધીરે વધવાની દોડમાં અટવાયા છે.વિદ્યાર્થીઓ  ઉચ્ચતમ ડીગ્રી મેળવવાની દોડમાં અટવાઈ ગયા છે.  ડિગ્રી ફેરીયા થી વેચવામાં આવતા કાગળની જેમ વેચવાનું ચાલુ થયુ છે.  અને સૌથી દુઃખની વાત એ છે કે શિક્ષકો અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓ વચ્ચેના શુદ્ધ, સાત્ત્વિક અને પવિત્ર સંબંધો કલંકિત થવા લાગ્યા છે.

 તો ચાલો આપણે ગુરુપૂર્ણિમાની ઉજવણીને નવું પરિમાણ આપીએ.  ચાલો પરંપરાગત ગુરુની વ્યાખ્યાને એક નવો મોડ આપીએ.  વર્ગખંડો બદલીને ઓનલાઈન શિક્ષણ ને આવકારીએ.
