what is Reiki ?

A healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

History of Reiki :-

Reiki  is a form of alternative medicine developed in 1922 by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui. Since originating in Japan, Reiki has been adapted into varying cultural traditions across the world.

How Reiki is works:-
The life force is responsive to thoughts and feelings. It becomes disrupted when we accept, either consciously or unconsciously, negative thoughts or feelings about ourselves. These negative thoughts and feelings attach themselves to the energy field and cause a disruption in the flow of life force. This diminishes the vital function of the organs and cells of the physical body.

Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charging them with positive energy. It raises the vibratory level of the energy field in and around the physical body where the negative thoughts and feelings are attached. This causes the negative energy to break apart and fall away. In so doing, Reiki clears, straightens and heals the energy pathways, thus allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way.

Applications of Reiki :-

  • Physical Ailments Healing
-Proximity-Distance

  • Emotional and Stress Healing

  • Goal Achievement
  • Relationship Issues
  • Abundance
  • Plants Animal Healing
  • Healing the Earth
  • Spiritual Advancement

Effects of Reiki Attunement :-
This could be in the form of a runny nose, diarrhea, chest pain, headaches, cranial pressure, blurred vision or heaviness in your limbs. Due to the cleansing nature of Reiki attunement, your body may start releasing toxins it may be storing in an abrupt manner which causes a host of physical symptoms

Meditation:-
What is Meditation?
Meditation is the process of quieting the mind in order to spend time in thought for relaxation or religious/spiritual purposes. The goal is to attain an inner state of awareness and intensify personal and spiritual growth. In practice, meditation involves concentrated focus on something such as a sound, image or feeling.

Meditation is also referred to as dhyana in Sanskrit.
